Gong Bath & Cacao Ceremony and Supper

Saturday, Apr 27, 2019 at 2:30PM

The Four Pillars Health & Wellness Retreat Centre

This beautiful afternoon of healing and transformation is offered by Sundance Robson, a Gong Practitioner and Sound Healer based in Regina. His passion is creating ceremony to offer space for personal learning through sharing circles, ingesting cacao as highly sacred plant medicine, and creating an energetic bath of sound waves that heal and shift the body & consciousness. Through his work with transformative healing, ceremonial alchemy and coaching practice he understands and shares the three principles of universal mind, universal thought and universal consciousness. He describes this as an energetic flow that graces us as presence and a path to spiritual awakening. Drawing the drumming, singing, saging and ceremonial practices of his native Ojibwe culture, Sundance creates an amazing energetic resonance. The vibrations of the sound waves naturally clear and balance your body.

The Four Pillars is pleased to welcome Sundance and his heart-centered offerings to the retreat centre on Saturday April 27. Beginning at 2:30pm we will snuggle into a spot on the floor and relax into space together. Bring your own yoga mat, blankets and pillows to make yourself comfortable in lying down/sitting postures for approx 2 hours. Meditation chairs are available for use on first come basis. Cacao will be offered as a hot drink which will move our bodies and minds towards the essence of awakening. The sounds of 3 large gongs and a variety of singing bowls, drums and other instruments will then reverberate around the room and through our bodies for approximately an hour. Conversation sharing times will be offered with invitation to enjoy the experience in community. The photo above is from an earlier private ceremony with Sundance at The Four Pillars.

You can expect to feel:
- freedom from overactive thinking
- an effortless state of relaxation
- deeply rejuvenated within your body and nervous system
- an unblocking of emotions and sense of alignment and well-being
- positive effects for days afterwards.
