Join other walkers for a walk and talk around the Leisure Center Track
Every Thursdays from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
You do not have to walk for the entire time. Walk as long as you like. Just show up with some
comfortable walking shoes and be ready to move. Did you know that walking has many health
