Baby & Me Postnatal Yoga
Come enjoy a fun, mindful, and relaxing bonding time with your yogi baby! ME can be Momma (6-8 weeks postpartum with doctor's approval), Dad, or any caregiver of the baby. We ask for BABY to be a minimum of 6-8 weeks old up to starting to move around (NO CRAWLERS). This class will include breathing techniques, meditation, floor exploration with baby, pelvic floor work, postpartum core training, stretching, and infant massage. Everything is an option, so please listen to your body and your baby. Nursing/feeding your baby is welcome or whatever your baby needs!
